Established on the basis of the ancient teachings of Raja Yoga, the Institute organizes its activity mainly through meetings, oriented to the knowledge of Yoga through the direct experience of Hatha Yoga and Meditation techniques, according to the Himalayan Tradition.
The main goal of the Institute is to let the Lineage Teachings flow, encouraging the fusion of Eastern and Western cultures in reaching a common vision of Global Health.
