Both seminars will be in Italy and will be in English with translation into Italian. Reserved to Italian and foreign yoga teachers.

"Ethics and psychology: essential principles in the relationship between teacher and students” - Seminar of Yoga Psychology

15 – 16 of February 2020 with Stephen Parker (Stoma)

Seminar in English, with translation in Italian. Reserved to Italian and foreign yoga teachers.

Location: Florence, Italy

Yoga is about relationships with ourselves and others. In this intensive seminar of Yoga Psychology, Stoma Parker will help us in understanding the basic dynamics that intervene in relationships, whatever they are (with ourselves, with our family, in our work, in friendship, in the loving sphere, in the spiritual field, etc.), in order to learn which is the best way to approach the others, both on behavioural and verbal level. The topics dealt with the seminar will be a didactic guide for those who have the responsibilities as mentor in the relationship teacher – students.

"Progress in the practice of hatha yoga” - Intensive residential seminar of hatha yoga and philosophy of hatha yoga

17 – 19 of April 2020 with Ashutosh Sharma

Seminar in English, with translation in Italian. Reserved to Italian and foreign yoga teachers.

Location: Casole d'Elsa, Siena, Italy

During the sessions with Ashutosh we will have the opportunity to feel a new depth and inner awareness in a flow where body, breath and mind become one, aligning, more and more, our own hatha yoga practice to the Prana Vidya style, as taught by the Himalayan Tradition. Everything slows down and the awareness goes to levels beyond the physical aspects: to flow from stillness to stillness tuning on the same vibration body, breath and heart, with the awareness that a deep process is happening inside. Asana as meditation means to deepen and to go beyond the physical and mental stillness to experience a deeper meditation.
