I pay homage to the founders, the sages, the rishis of the Guru lineage by whose compassion, intuition and insight this eternal knowledge has come to bless and grant us beneficences at this time of our ongoing history of spiritual development in humanity.

In a recent speech to the United Nations India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi suggested starting an International Yoga Day. India officially gave the proposal. 175 countries supported it. 21st June every year has been declared by United Nations as International Yoga Day. All our initiators, teachers, centres should plan something each year.
There are many misunderstandings about yoga. There are many paths in yoga and different yogis choose different paths. Here we shall speak only of two paths to clear up some misunderstandings. There is a common perception that all yogis are glowing with health and youthfulness. Sometimes we hear questions like: If he is a yogi why does he wear eye glasses? We shall explain a little.
