This Journey

Written to Swami Veda Bharati on 24 January 2012 in reference to the 2011 Yoga Youth and Children’s Retreat held at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama

Thank you all for the idea of gathering all the children together in such a special event, for the great organization and the heart that everyone put during the whole retreat.

Two Minute Meditation

My children, Alessandro and Francesco (ages 9 and 2), were very excited and happy... the oldest passed through different phases of adjustments, difficulty and confusion that slowly decrease and gave him a "new eyes" to look at himself and the world around...
First things teachers and friends told him when he came back: "What happened? Something has changed in you!"

Francesco has always been called in the ashram with his nickname BUBY, and he became "popular" with that name! 

We left India two weeks ago, and we are more and more feeling the benefit of this experience, this journey.

A great treasure to bring along every day, that opened sooo many "doors" and "eyes". It was not the first time in the ashram or India or Himalayan Tradition for me, but every time is always a new journey, deeper and deeper getting in touch with the subtle...
